At Shift Collab, we're a women‑led, award‑winning collective of over 100 Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists reshaping virtual mental health care across Canada. For the past 8 years, we've partnered with Maple, Canada's premier virtual care platform, to offer true on‑demand and scheduled therapy delivered from the comfort of home.

We are expanding our network with bilingual therapists who can provide psychotherapy in both English and French. This is an independent contractor role requiring flexible, week‑to‑week availability. On‑demand support means being available for clients needing care in the moment, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, seven days a week. This on‑demand availability is a meaningful part of this role.
