Manufacturing & Tooling Engineer (Thermal Management Systems)

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing & Tooling Engineer with a strong background in precision fixture design and process optimization.
In this role, you will lead critical initiatives to eliminate production bottlenecks, improve manufacturability, and ensure rigorous component traceability for our high-density liquid cooling product lines (specifically Coolant Distribution Units - CDUs).
Following a recent Tier-1 tech client process audit, a primary focus of this position will be engineering custom tooling, sockets, and jigs from the ground up to streamline assembly, alongside driving automation in End-of-Line (EOL) testing and technical cleanliness.
You will be the technical anchor bridging advanced mechanical tool design with scalable, data-driven manufacturing processes.
