Manufacturing Team Leader - Contract

Availability

Full‑time, with the ability to work mornings and afternoons, and occasional overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of floor staff potentially exceeding 25 staff
• Role‑model and coach floor staff to adhere to best practices, quality standards, and health and safety procedures
• Deliver training to floor staff on all tasks, SOPs, and areas of responsibility
• Identify and support floor staff in delivering routings to achieve room and department targets
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and break periods
• Support new or returning staff as required with onboarding, demonstrations of daily duties and responsibilities, while ensuring safety and SOP guidelines are being followed
• Provide relevant production and operations information to the Floor Supervisors regarding people, production, targets, and quality
