Position Purpose

Accomplishes manufacturing objectives by supervising, organizing and coordinating production efforts. Ensures the safe operation of equipment and processes to ensure the safety of employees.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and directs daily production operations with an ability to anticipate and alleviate production problems, such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and employee‑related situations, to minimize loss of work hours and achieve production and quality goals for the shift.
