An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated & dynamic “hands-on” leader with manufacturing experience (preferably in the food industry) to take on this role within the company.
Reporting locally to the State Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to your team to ensure finished goods are produced to specification, on time, and to budget. 

About The Role:
Taking responsibility for the general operation of your shift, your duties will include:

Daily coordination of the shift to meet targets;

Ensuring all quality and food safety checks are completed;

Scheduling department cleaning and health & hygiene requirements;
