Manufacturing Sciences Lab Leader

Takeda in Singapore seeks a senior Laboratory leader to manage the Manufacturing Sciences Laboratory and align local strategy with global goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee small-scale experiments, and drive analytical method development to support both site and global activities.

The role requires strong leadership, GLP understanding, and hands-on experience with upstream/downstream processes, DOE, and scale-down models. You will participate in ELT discussions and coach staff.
