What will you do?
* Execute the production plan to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations
* Lead and manage production teams (approx. 30 employees per shift across 3 shifts) ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
* Allocate and manage resources (people and machines) effectively to achieve production targets
* Drive Short Interval Management (SIM) and monitor KPIs, identifying barriers and implementing timely corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, promoting a strong culture of personal and operational safety
