Manufacturing Process Leader: Yield, Cost Reduction & Kaizen

Knowles is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization and continuous improvement in HHT assembly and sub‑assembly manufacturing. This role focuses on yield improvement, cost reduction, and technology-driven manufacturing excellence while mentoring engineers and technicians.

You will develop, optimize, and sustain processes to meet FPY targets, support lines, and drive Kaizen and value creation initiatives across our manufacturing sites.
