Manufacturing Process Engineer – NPIIn your daily job you will:Support product launches from development validation (DV) through mass production (MP).
Apply DFM/DFA principles to ensure efficient, scalable, and cost‐effective manufacturing processes.Provide engineering support for prototype and engineering builds; identify and elevate design, test, and supplier‐related issues.Participate in MQ1 and MQ2 phases, ensuring readiness of equipment, processes, and documentation.Conduct manufacturability reviews to identify process risks, yield impacts, and cost‐reduction opportunities.Collaborate with product design teams to optimize product architecture for ease of assembly and process capability.Drive design improvements to reduce cycle time, part complexity, and assembly errors, enabling higher automation and throughput.Ensure alignment between product design, process capability, and production constraints during NPI phases.Conduct PFMEA and reverse PFMEA before mass production.Part...
