Manufacturing Process Engineer (Isla Guadalupe)

Sanmina is looking for a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Engineer specialized in metal fabrication to join our Operations team!

Responsibilities
Process Development: Develop, implement, and control fabrication processes for new part numbers.
Documentation: Create detailed Work Instructions, FMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams.
Continuous Improvement: Lead 5 S initiatives, including visual aids, labeling, and standardization.
Technical Support: Review equipment requirements, support internal/external audits, and follow up on action plans or deviations.
Operational Excellence: Support plant start-ups, new process introductions, and production transfers.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5–6 years of experience in the Metal-Mechanic industry.
