Manufacturing Planning Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning initiatives and implementation of tools to improve departmental performance.
• Coordinate and manage executive agenda, meetings, and communication for Manufacturing leadership.
• Track and follow up on key projects, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings.
• Manage and control administrative processes such as requisitions, travel expenses, invoices, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal meetings with functional leaders and support executive decision-making processes.
• Organize and coordinate visits, events, and leadership activities at plant level.
• Maintain updated records and documentation for Manufacturing management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality systems (MQAS/SIS), and environmental standards.
