Job Description
**Job Summary**
Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan, liaise with PG Planning on backlog schedule base on material availability.
+ Support manufacturing to meet all test out plan and KPI goals
+ Hands on exposure to production planning shop floor operations and manufacturing workflow
+ Support OSAT Testing, MO and Marking issuance and liaise with OSAT planners on Backlog shipment fulfilment.
+ Test WIP management - track all the Test WIP closely and work with PG planning, production and engineering for disposition. Require some capacity knowledge for better WIP management
+ Participate problem-solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
