Manufacturing Methods Engineer – Harness & Lean Systems

LEAR CORPORATION is hiring a Methods Engineer based in Matamoros, Mexico, to coordinate engineering activities and ensure work methods and tooling are ready for production. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, along with 2+ years of automotive process experience, knowledge in wire harness and PFMA processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in tooling, workflow management, and Lean Manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production system.
