- Design, implement, and standardize manufacturing systems to support a fast-growing operation
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction improvements

- Optimize production processes including flow, capacity, and line balancing
