Our companyis a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Review productionand quality trends, communicate and make recommendations to president and initiate cost-effective actions
• Apply intellect, judgment and management skills to achieve desired business performance results
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of 50+ employees
