**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.
- Minimum 5+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar experience.
- 10 years in manufacturing environment
- Industrial electronic is plus
- Black belt certification desired.
