Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator

REQUIRED:

• MUST KNOW INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & DOCUMENTATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS!  THIS IS NOT A SUPPLY CHAIN POSITION - CANDIDATES THAT ARE CONSIDERED MUST HAVE DIRECT SHIPPING EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor customer orders to ensure all pack lists and location reports are created timely.


• Coordinate with outside logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
• Follow-up of orders placed for pickup with customers.
• Ensure export documents are created correctly and timely for all exports.
• Exports worldwide (mostly China, South America & Canada) Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
