Role & responsibilities -
Manufacturing Operations
Lead complete plant manufacturing operations.
Achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity.
Maximize plant uptime and operational reliability.
Process Performance
Drive improvements in plant throughput, yield and productivity.
Analyse production losses and eliminate recurring operational issues.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Support process stabilization during scale-up of new technologies.
Technical Operations
Lead troubleshooting of process and equipment-related issues.
Ensure effective operation of reactors, distillation systems, utilities, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and associated process equipment.
Work closely with Engineering, Projects and R&D teams to improve plant performance.
