Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation of factory operating systems. Ensure performance management systems and tools are in place and drive sustainable results.
• Support compliance with performance measurement standards and tools. Drive CAP-Do cycles for all KPIs and support scorecards and performance tools to help managers improve results.
• Manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing standards—including MR in SAP—asset usage, and capacity data in CST. Ensure optimal use of capacity data for planning and investments.
• Capture and retain learning opportunities from problem‑solving and improvement activities. Drive benchmarking and proactively network within and outside the market.
• Establish, drive, and achieve annual OPEX savings targets.
• Build end-to-end dashboards including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and performance optimization.
