- Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE):
- Support implementation of factory operating systems. Ensure performance management systems and tools are in place and drive sustainable results.
- Total Performance Management:
- Support compliance with performance measurement standards and tools. Drive CAP‑Do cycles for all KPIs and support scorecards and performance tools to help managers improve results.
- Manufacturing Standards:
- Manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing standards—including MR in SAP—asset usage, and capacity data in CST. Ensure optimal use of capacity data for planning and investments.
