Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer – HVAC (P3) is a fully proficient engineering professional responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes related to HVAC systems and thermal management products. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and technical expertise, supporting production performance, product industrialization, cost optimization, quality improvement, and capacity expansion initiatives. The position serves as a key technical reference within the HVAC manufacturing domain and contributes to cross‑functional initiatives including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering.
