Job Summary

Plans, designs and drives continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in the industrial plant. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Performs a major role in troubleshooting process issues, root‑causing product defects, and implementing corrective actions. Coordinates and implements changes suggested by Launch or Product Engineering. Focuses more on technology (PLCs, Robots, Welding, etc.) and is responsible in general of secondary equipment (welding, clipping, wrapping, etc.)...
