6 years in NPI and Product Engineering process (ECO, MCO, Configuration Mgmt).
Important to know about BOM PCA/Top levels or Chassis structures (3rd level), Configuration management update through Engineering Change Order (ECO) or Manufacturing Change Order (MCO) or even Deviation process from Customer.
Experience to work in Agile documentation control system.
Knowledge about New Product Introduction process, lead continuous improvement teams, customer conference calls, NPI preparation Checklist, pilot calendars, Gantt projects, be in charge of one Customer as a product engineer and also experience to manage product engineer technicians.
