Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management
• Manage medium- to large-scale capital projects, including project justification, equipment selection, installation, and validation
• Analyze KPIs, process flows, and bottlenecks to drive data-informed decisions
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies
