Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage all personnel and activities within the Methods Engineering department, ensuring alignment with site objectives and driving operational excellence through the deployment of the Schneider Production System (SPS) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The role leads the design and implementation of new processes, supports continuous improvement across DVC operations, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
