Manufacturing Engineering Lead - MRE & Test Ops

WD is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to manage MRE Engineering Technicians and oversee DET Guzik and QMT testing activities, ensuring data quality, equipment readiness, and timely reporting to drive continuous manufacturing improvement.

You will supervise operators, deliver refresher training, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and lead improvement projects related to MRE Operations while maintaining safety and discipline standards, with a focus on quality data practices.
