Position Summary

The Production Support / Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise, process support, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. This role acts as a bridge between Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues quickly, optimize production processes, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real‑time support to production lines by troubleshooting technical issues related to equipment, processes, tooling, or materials.
• Analyze root causes of production problems and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor production KPIs (yield, cycle time, scrap rate, throughput) and drive corrective actions where needed.
