Manufacturing Engineer (Ref: KH1284)

Our client is a forerunner in the foreign aerospace industry. It is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as Manufacturing Engineer (OEM) – (with Aerospace MRO / OEM experience) (Ref: KH1284)

• Create manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials to shipment of finished parts.
• Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create CNC code / program for machining
• Design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
• Develop special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot peening and Welding etc
• Conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Operations to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Support Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process
