Manufacturing Engineer - Process & Quality Leader (Mexico)

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Mexico, Jalisco, to interface with Manufacturing Partners and drive operational excellence. This role requires extensive knowledge in PCBA manufacturing and SMT technology.

The ideal candidate will support NPI launches, drive process optimization, and conduct audits. A BS/MS in IE/EE/ME with at least 10 years of relevant experience is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
