Responsibilities
- Support innovation projects alongside the Production Manager
- Champion continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing
- Develop new processes and manage program launches
- Research new equipment and processes
- Project manage the rollout of new products in the manufacturing sites
- Support the maintenance team with troubleshooting equipment failures
- Conduct time studies throughout operations to validate labour requirements and drive process improvement
- Develop manufacturing standards for costing purposes and develop other process standards (e.g., pallet standards, packaging standards, nailing standards, gluing...
