Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Paint – Second Shift (Temporary).

Job Summary

Manufacturing Engineer in charge of Paint Line, developing and maintaining paint process and equipment specifications, managing maintenance, promoting Lean Manufacturing, EHS initiatives, and product quality cost improvements. Increase overall productivity and profitability through definition, evaluation, and optimization of manufacturing projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manufacturing Engineer expert responsible for the Paint Line with powder coating technology.
• Determine manufacturing methods, machinery, and line-loading tools to produce parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies; plan all tooling such as jigs, fixtures, and special tools.
