**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Define optimal work processes for each product manufactured in the assembly area.
- Prepare, when necessary, cost analyses of products manufactured or to be manufactured in the Company.
- Define the theoretical capacity of the processes and demonstrate their actual capacity.
- Conduct capacity studies for new equipment when necessary.
- Propose cost reduction initiatives in the operation.
- Implement layouts, systems, equipment, and operating methods to improve productivity with the highest quality and at the lowest cost.
- Monitor the creation of favorable physical conditions for improving productivity and efficiency indicators
- Define and monitor the implementation of best practices using Lean Manufacturing methodologies
