Purpose
To support production by delivering, maintaining and improving equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment downtime/efficiency/issues to determine improvement opportunities and then implement programming changes to existing equipment.
- Modify programming to existing equipment for product design changes.
- Review electrical component technologies/suppliers for equipment specifications and sourcing decisions.
- Research new technologies and investigate incorporating into new or existing equipment.
- Evaluate feasibility of integrating new products/technologies into existing equipment.
- Analyze and implement the programming requirements for different processes on Automation and manual production lines.
