Manufacturing Engineer I (Temporary)

Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Propose and Maintain safety and ergonomic controls.
- Prepare or suggest improvements in the process. (CI's)
- Improve/Maintain layouts. Perform administrative duties
- Creates Standard Operation Sheets (SOS)
- Creates Standard Combination Sheets (SCS)
- Creates fixtures and poke yokes for the manufacturing line
