Responsible for:

• Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing plant automation systems to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Developing, modifying, troubleshooting, and debugging PLC programs to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Providing technical support for CCD vision systems used in automated inspection and measurement applications, including systems such as Autoline.
• Working with machine vision platforms and tools including Visco, Keyence, and Datalogic for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Diagnosing and resolving production equipment issues related to automation controls, PLCs, sensors, and vision systems.
• Optimizing machine sequencing, automation logic, and process performance to improve productivity, quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
