A leading international company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team.Requirements / Experience:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.Green Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing or an equivalent continuous improvement methodology.Proven experience implementing and applying Lean Manufacturing tools such as TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Visual Management, Management Systems, process standardization, and process optimization.Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.Knowledge of time and motion studies, production rates and standards, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), process control, and production process optimization.Solid understanding of Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering principles.Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
