Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in Automotive Industry (7‐10 years)
Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors (direct current)
Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installation of new lines
Knowledge of project and product costing
Advanced English (constant communication with Corporate)
Use of software: AutoCAD/SolidWorks, TIA Portal (PLC) a plus, LabVIEW a plus
Knowledge of norms and applicable legislations
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, interpretation of drawings
Knowledge of methodologies to handle the area
Develop work instructions and procedures
Error Proofing or Poka‐Yoke
Involvement in reduction of scrap
