We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our national production and operations function within a dynamic precast concrete and paving manufacturing environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead all manufacturing and operational activities to achieve production, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimisation across multiple production facilities. Oversee production planning, supply chain collaboration, financial performance, and operational compliance.
