Your Responsibilities
Drive and promote the adoption of a structured Lean framework across all manufacturing areas, incorporating methodologies such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Industrial Engineering, Kanban, and Standard Work.Perform on-site observations (Gemba walks) and detailed process reviews to uncover inefficiencies, waste, and production bottlenecks.Facilitate Kaizen initiatives and improvement workshops while mentoring teams to embed a long-term culture of continuous improvement.Evaluate and implement opportunities to incorporate digital technologies such as IoT devices, advanced analytics, MES/MOM platforms, and machine learning into manufacturing operations.Actively develop and implement software-based solu...
