Manufacturing Controller

The Manufacturing Controller is a key position within the company's finance organization.
Reporting directly to the Division Controller, the role provides support across all accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed analyses to identify cost‐saving opportunities in direct manufacturing costs (labor and materials) and operating expenses (Manufacturing Overhead).
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and oversee accurate recording of transactions in financial systems.
Provide financial support for business initiatives.
Supervise inventory control teams, implementing monitoring programs for cycle counts at the Reynosa and McAllen facilities.
Prepare ad‐hoc reports and analyses for management by handling large volumes of financial and operational data, synthesizing complex information to support decision‐making.
Assist in the financial evaluation of capital investment projects.
