Role Overview: Lead finance for a brand‑new food manufacturing facility, partnering with the Plant Manager and senior leadership to build financial processes, improve performance, and provide insights that drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Manage standard costing, inventory accounting, BOMs, COGS, and manufacturing cost analysis
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and variance reporting
• Partner with operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives
