Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably Industrial)
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Head/Supervisor in manufacturing Industry.
- Proven ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams; highly disciplined and self-motivated to work independently in an onsite setup.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex operational issues and excellent communication skills for reporting to upper management.
