**This**role**is**key**in**the**development**of**skills**and**knowledge**within**the**Manufacturing**team**and**will**be**actively**participating**in**the**management**of**the**training**and**education**pillar**,**ensuring**effective**training**that**contributes**to**the**efficiency**and**productivity**of**the**plant**and**implementation**of**the**continuous**TPM**methodology**.
