Designs, develops and improves the Nitinol related Value Stream with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.
Support the Engineering Manager in the manufacturing engineering
initiatives towards achievement of KPI’s.
Promote and lead engineering projects towards Safety, productivity, quality and cost savings.
Develop robust solutions that prevent defects from being generated
or passed on; and provide data analytics for process monitoring and
diagnostics.
Liaise with maintenance department to enable permanent resolution of equipment and/or process design flaws.
Responsible for leading Nitinol Value Streams from initial evaluation of manufacturing feasibility through to validation of process, qualification of product and confirmation of capability during early development level production.
