Manufactruing Planning Trainee

**Objective of job**:
- Support the startup and parameterization of a technology as part of project industrialization
**Principle activities**:
- Support in parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications
- Create simple work instructions in cooperation with the supervisor
- Conduct orientations with regard to supported technology
- Conduct times studies process.
- Develop new parameters and test new process and support production project.
- Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them
- Support equipment startup and adjust machine control systems, correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional test, and generate the appropriate documentation.
- Timing studies on assembly lines (ZSB/MB), cutting and subassembly (KS/VK), to make a line balance and movements studies to optimize processes on the production lines
