What You'll Do
User-Centric QA: Partner with Support to analyze tickets and bug reports, translate feedback into structured test scenarios, and collaborate with Marketing to align product experience with user expectations.
AI-Assisted Testing: Use AI tools to accelerate test case generation, exploratory testing, bug triage, and documentation.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into QA workflows.
Core QA Responsibilities: Review requirements and acceptance criteria, design and execute manual test cases, perform functional/integration/UI/UX testing, document defects, and maintain QA documentation.
