Role : Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Seasonal.
Job Type : Fixed-term (Seasonal), Full-time.
Location : Three E-com Center, MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Amazon’s Customer Service team focuses on preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting customers. As a CSA, you will be the first point of contact for North America and United Kingdom markets, handling requests via phone, chat and/or email including order, product, payment, and website guidance.

Hours

This role requires variable hours with a minimum of 40 hours per week on shifting schedules. Shifts may run from Sunday to Monday, include graveyard and rotating patterns, and can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance. National holidays, weekends, and overtime may be requested as needed.
