- Responding to customers concerns and inquiries.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in Non-Voice Support in BPO industry (Preferred but not required)
- Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
