Mandarin Speaking Network Operation Engineer
- Responsible for 7*24hr duty on shift in Network Operation Centre (night and public holiday shift based at home)
- Responsible for 7*24hr calls answering for network trouble and ICT problem notice
- Responsible for handling notices 7*24hr from Network Operation Centre email and internal system
- Responsible for following up all related trouble tickets and escalating cases in Network Operation Centre and company internally
- Responsible for sorting and sending plan, maintenance work and emergency outage notification to end customer or related partners
- Responsible for checking network element twice a day (may need more times accordingly with different situation)
- Responsible for provisioning of trouble recovery and migration
