Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managing Surveyor & Technical Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing fenestration business specialising in windows, doors, conservatories and associated home improvement products.

This is a unique hybrid role combining technical surveying, operational management and installation support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately surveyed, technically prepared and delivered efficiently from order through to installation completion.

Acting as the link between Sales, Surveying, Procurement, Installation and Aftersales teams, you will help drive quality, accountability and operational efficiency across the business.
